I "adjust" your gas and electric meter for cash in my pocket!

I paint gas meters. Every 3 years they need to be painted, or atleast checked up on. It prevents the piping from getting all rusted out, and then leaking. WPS owns the piping (from the ground into the meter. From the meter to the house is owned by the homeowner), so they like to protect their property. We (meter painters) also are handy because we visit so many meters we find leaks more than any other employee. In addition, I did a lot of yard work when the full time employees would tear up someones yard doing work. I got to drive a back hoe, kubota tractor, and some of the linetrucks (although those I just drove a few feet in the yard). That was pretty much the sweetest thing I'd get to do all summer. I like driving big shit.

I'd also BS with the mechanics a lot. One of them was big into Mopars. He'd mount my tires and stuff. Eric Shudarek (Sha-der-ik). Tom, you might know him. He graduated around the same time as my mom.

They are, but if a customer really wants to paint their own or have us paint it with a supplied color, we can do that. We try to make them happy. It's not standard grey either. I prefer "performance gunmetal" :D

I can't exactly drive my car in the winter. Besides there is an Evo, Explorer and stupid orange car in front of it now. If you are going to give me shit about not being able to drive my car this last summer/fall you can kiss my ass because I don't care what anyone says, it wasn't my fault it was broke and it wasn't my fault that Extreme decided not to fix it until the season was over! Ok since that is "woman" work and technically the woman should be at home then baking and cleaning during the day and the man is suppose to be at work, our roles have obviously been reversed and since you are the one who is at home all day, you should be doing the woman work!
