No-tune = runs like crap, could be better. A car must be tuned to run, but doesn't have to tuned well. A well tuned car is much faster than a quick "make it run" tune. Look at the Uber EVO, that is a VERY WELL tuned car.

The car is fast, it runs great now, and was worked on by a very good group of mechanics. Hell, my car was on fire, and probably put through well with frank, but the car is solid now and runs better than ever.
