View Full Version : SLICKS or drag radials
Would prefer a 24.5x8.5/15 or a 225/5017, but anything with a 25" or smaller overall height post up.

what's your asking price? What bolt pattern. Will you part with just the tires if the rims wont work on my car? How many passes have these tires made about. Just a few questions lol.

dual bolt pattern. 5X100 and 5X4.5. Probably have about 25 passes on them. A lot of life left on them.
Slicks were about $350 new, rims were about $160. Im not sure if I want to sell to be honest with you. If I do sell I'll probably buy another pair next season :?

let him rent them for the weekend then! figure out how many passes they'll get total, and figure out a per-pass price.
To save yourself some money of buying new rims, I'd more so be interested in just the tires, and would pay to have them dismounted if need be.

the rims wouldn't work on your car? how much would you give me for the slicks and when would you want them by?
I'd have to see if the rims actually fit on my car.. my front calipers are huge, and rims that have any kind of inward curve on the spokes always hit my caliper. Honestly I dont know what to offer you for them, hard to judge value of used slicks. All I can do is tell you what the average price I see on the SRT forums for used slicks would be. I guess the price will determine how fast I want them.
Have you got a price in mind? I'd prefer one with and without the rims, as they may not fit, but it's your stuff you call the shots.

$400 rims and tires, pick them up anytime. If you wanted just the tires you would have to wait until after thanksgiving. just tires.......... $300 cause its more screwing around. feel free to come look at them sometime. I live right by SPASH.
I'm going to take a crack at a new set. If anything changes though I will let you know. $300 is just a bit to steep for used slicks at the moment.

You can get a set of brand new MandH slicks for around 300 shipped. no, but used race tires are an "iffy" purchase.

Last I looked M&H were around 300 a set. I'll sell my 5 year old M&H 22x8x13 slicks for 40 bux.

What do you mean no? I paid $276.** in 06 for my 24.5x8.5x15's and I think 305 and change for the 26in slicks I have now. And yes they were brand new...straight from Jon at M&H.

if youre still looking for them anyways.
if you cannot view his contact info, let me know and i'll get it for you.
Yes I'm still looking, and thank you for the find, very good price. 22" would spin like a MOFO.. ..and give me terrible trap speeds. Ideally I want to run 26's but I cant until I upgrade to coil overs. 24.5" is optimal for me with the current set up.
