I'm looking for someone who might have an incomplete set or wants to part with 2 17" rims. Looking for the Motegi MR-7 style rim like this one here.. there are many many knock offs of it.

I NO LONGER NEED THESE I PICKED UP 2 MORE RIMS.

Aren't they pretty heavy rims though?

Actually I need 2 more to complete a set of rims for some R compounds for auto x. I was given two of these rims for free, the owner had the other two stolen and does not want them.

On a side note.. some of them are heavy some are not. The Motegi and most of the knock offs are. The Konig DDT Tantrums are not to bad.. I have them on my car the 18" version and I think they are 17 or 18 lbs. The knock offs are right around 23 lbs. I'm not worried about the extra weight for track rims though. I can honestly say I have NEVER in my life been able to tell the difference from a light or heavy rim/tire combo while driving a car.

Yeah me either, I just remember people bitching about them on forums and whatnot. I had a set of Motegi MR-7s on my 91 AWD, but they are on a grey 2G around town now.

I have felt a big difference between heavy and light rims. It's mostly in the launch (or even just going from a stop in town) and braking. My Monsoons were pretty heavy. I could really tell with those on the car.

$925 for a set of special edition BBS wheels is not bad considering they hold there value.
