i was looking for something more on the fly, something i can change and fine tune as I need it, and as many times as i want.

Toe needs to be adjusted every tine camber is adjusted, You are better off doing it on a rack, trying it for a little while then back to the rack for any adjustments.

pull a evil... buy the lifetime alignment from FireStone and do it as much as you want.
heck, i bet evil can still take his new car there... they probably don't know the difference!
