View Full Version : Uptown last night

Interesting night. Cadillac pimpin ate $95 worth of gas, but it gets better. Some dude was all pissed off at his g-friend and put his car in her path as she tries to walk away. Then he gets out of the car slams the door so hard it breaks the rear view mirror. Then he proceded to bitch at the girl. Well one of Stevens Point's finest saw it go down and the guy eventually got hauled away in the back of a squad for drunk driving.
But it gets better. A fight broke out between a skinny dude and one of the uptown regulars (Beaner). Kronztak being the fellow he is went over to back up Beaner. The skinny dude gets all in Kronztaks face, but it gets better. The dude pulls out what looked like a fillet knife and took several swings at Kronztak. Extreme went over to the scene for more backup. The cops got called and sirens were wailing and the po po showed up to bust this knife toting dude.
Upon debriefing of Kronztak the dude wasn't weilding a knife, but a Leatherman pliers. Kronztak said oh the guy wasn't trying to hurt me when he was swinging he must of been trying to fix something. Extreme thought the dude was going to give Kronztak a titty twister from hell with the leatherman.

It had crossed my mind to drive by last night and see if anything was going on since I didn't have to be at work until a little later this morning. I decided to watch some tv instead, guess I missed some real-life tv drama downtown. Bummer that I didn't get to see it go down. :?

I ran into that guy at the gas station on my why to MM. He was riding a bike and didn't smell like alcohol. He was wasted out of his fucking mind though.
Did Dustin W show up with his RX7? I only got to talk to him for a bit before Legner showed up and caused a scene so we both bailed. Dustin's 7 is perhaps my obtainable dream car.

Its a 93 with an LS2. I would have gotten a ride yesterday if I wasn't too busy. says hes getting or already have some 11" wide rims for the rear. Should be pretty freaking sick. Hope he gets it out for some matches.

09-07-2009, 09:38 PM
i rode in it,, it has some issues that it shouldnt have for a $30,000 car, and it has a stock rear diff and axles so lack of traction is the only thing saving it.

It sure sounds nice. He mentioned having another complete shell and a while back he said something about an LS7. Current platform has 450 to the wheels.
If I had a shop at my disposal I would be running something very similar. The FD is a timeless design.

11" wide tires are fun to change!! lol. Did some last week for Blaqk with the Corvette!!

he has no LS7, the car has never been dyno'ed just his guess, needs paint work and the interior needs work, tires way to small for the rims, i really dont see where all the money is in that car, it is just a used LS2 with ported heads and a cam, original builder was said to have over $60,000 in the car,,lol and they didnt even get a real rear end for it,, and it has clutch issues also

Timeless because they are stuck in the 80's.

I didn't know the swap was performed by a previous owner.
I would love to perform a start to finish swap myself. It would have to be an extra project vehicle otherwise I would be in a hurry to have it finish. I hate down time.
I wish Mazda would have stuck with the FD platform. Funny how manufacturers always seem to let the good ones die.
Sooooo 80's

that car looks like one of those "DUBS" car models they used to sell years ago. Big oversized chrome wheels, car slammed so low the control arms point 90 degrees up. Not for me!
