Meeting notes:

Delicious food.

For the 2011 season CWSCC will not be doing season championships.

For the 2012 ice season CWSCC will be doing season championships. SnowX will be heading up the organization of this. Was also put in charge of memberships for 2012. 2012 CWSCC memberships will cost $20.

Banquet - Date picked was Jan. 29th. Schmatie will be checking out Elizabeth Inn as a possible location.

Trophies for the 2011 season:

Driver of the year. Nominations: Micaiah, Kirsten, Jim C., Robert Shampoo, Paul Klein, and Brad Paschke.

Rookie of the year. Nominations: Nick Has., Brandon G., and Kevin Rowe.

Voting will be done at the January meeting.

Ice rallycross entry fee set at $20 for members and $30 for non-members.

Purchase of RFID timing approved. Of course this will send the club into bankruptsy as Evil was quick to point out, but in a wave of Americanism we decided it was the way to go.

Devilsh is setting up an online CWSCC apparel store for all your clothing needs.

This weekend - An autocross at Golden Sands or a road rallye were proposed. Evil wanted an autocross and 6 people at the meeting said they would attend. Only 1.5 people said they would do the road rallye. So we decided on the rallye and Evil was quick to point out that 6 is more than 1.5, but in a wave of common sense his comments were quickly dismissed.

Meeting adjourned, but then someone failed to pay for their meal that Dizmm had to pick up. Hey wait a minute Mrs. Dizmm cut out of the meeting early. I wonder if it was her.

Did you guys ever hash out where the ice RallyX will be taking place this year? I know there was some argument about it being on Lake Wausau.

Nothing to hash out. It will be on Lake Wausau. That is where our plow guy will be. Unless that location doesn't work out for some reason.

We could do some DuBay events if someone were to plow it or if there isn't much snow we can do events at both locations.

im working on getting "my" plow truck going soon.shes going to the dealer ship somtime in the next week or 2 to figure out why the transfer case wont tell the actuator to engage.stupid computerized bullshit...anyway,im against charging to plow the track but my dad and the boss man i would have to,so it wouldnt be free but i will have a plow for dubay

They are not gears, they are actuators to push in the metal gears. Never ever had a problem with them.

well, a bunch of the long sleeve T's, T's, hoodies, and hats are mocked up. Dizmm will be posting something about that shortly for pre-orders, so we know what to get on hand.
I stock most of the T's and Long Sleeve T's... but not a lot of hoodies or hats. too much variety in the hats, and hoodies get pricey to let lay around...
