Its a long holiday weekend anyone got "big plans"? I'm hoping the weather will be nice. It would be fun to have a CWSCC cookout someplace other than Iverson or Shopko. What about Sunset or Emily?

Anyone up for a cruise out of town and then a small get together with some eats? We could even do this on Monday since most of us shouldn't have to work.

UPDATED:

I say meet at the old shopko South at 2:45pm and leave exactly at 3pm. I have two routes planned out or if someone has a better idea I'm open to that as well. Be sure to have at least 3/4 tank of fuel as we will be going through Plover out on B and then a few twisty side roads that will end up in Waupaca. I will bring meat (hamburger only), buns, and cheeze. You are on your own for drink, side dishes, and seasonings. I bought a very nice camera for a photo shoot. I plan on returning it later. Please let me know if you will be attending so I can calculate the amout of hamburger to bring.

fyi, sunset has road construction out there. I'd love to go, but i'm leaving thursday for school :( . Won't be back for a couple weeks, then after that, not until the GSS autocross.

Who has a grill or are there grills out there? If we made it a bring your own food and lemonade kind of thing then all we would have to worry about is charcoal and matches.

What day works best for you guys? I guess I prefer Monday but Saturday is fine as well. Sunday is consumed with paintball.

i'm down for a Monday cookout at Lake Emily or Sunset. however, like mentioned... all the "fun" roads to sunset are under construction. best way to get there now is Z, which is about as straight as an arrow and long & boring too.
