I'm not much for the every day names like bob, jon, joe, jeff, ect. The kid is a bit yellow though, I was told that is just jauntis though. :?

It only lasted a day, a little while in the sun took care of it. My other daughter had it too at birth.

I would say for the same thing for a boy. A persons name means alot in thier lifetime from when they are being picked on when they are a kid to when you try getting a job with a name like bubba. The names of my kids were very very important to me and I have taken ALOT of time to come up with what I think is the best names.

Tons of babies have it at birth and you're right...it usually clears up right away.
