CWSCC Meeting #5, June 6th @ 7:30pm.

That time of the month again....

I enjoy the monthly El Mez fix, but its been really nice out lately. I'd like to try a grillout style cwscc meeting. anyone have an objection?

I'd also need a list of who's coming and what they want to eat.

1. Boneless chicken tits, your choice of seasoning.
2. Burgers, maybe with cheese if you're weird.
3. Brats.
4. Hot Dogs.

I'll have some chips, water, lemonaide, chocolate milk.

if anyone else wants to bring something to pass feel free. maybe just let me know. thanks

Don't forget, boil the brats in beer first (sometimes a slow cooker all day is kinda neat for that), THEN grill them.

I have some chicken already at home. i havent seen any request for burgers so i'm not going to pick any up.

Meeting notes:

12 people present.

Treasury report. We have some money.

Dizmm ate some raw chicken.

Decided that the new cones are pretty. Nobody wanted to count them to see if we actually got the 100 that we paid for. $559

Bruenta was nominated to be the CWSCC official club chaplain.

Devlish had to leave early because his Mom messed up her leg.

Secret agenda - we couldn't talk about it because then it wouldn't be a secret anymore.

Movie - The producers were present at the meeting. Filming will begin at the June 19th autocross event at Shawano. Will need to go to Oshkosh some time during the summer for more scenes that need to be shot there.

Bike trip. We agreed that it would be fun and that we have a place to stay up there. That's all the farther the discussion got.

June autocross at Shawano - we came up with the idea of giving a father a $10 discount if their son or daughter also run.

I was going to call in and vote in absentia. yes, no, abstain, four. but it was about 10pm, so I figured the meeting was over already.
