Hey everyone I met some of you this past Saturday at the ice rally and had a blast! I plan on attending many upcoming races with one of my two cars. The first car is my 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX which has a cobb stage 2 and getting a pro tune on 19-20 psi come spring time. The other is a 2002 Stratus R/T that I supercharged with too many mods to list and is currently at 340 WHP and getting 400+ WHP by spring with a little more boost. I also ride a 1996 Suzuki DR350 dual sport that I just restored and changed the colors from the stock purple yellow and white to the below pics. I also regularly attend car shows with the Stratus so if anyone else is into that let me know so we can represent CWSCC!

Right after I bought the car and gave it a bath.

take the damn stick on hood scoop off.it dont flow.

Its not a stick on. Its a fiberglass hood scoop that is bolted on, with a hand made billet grill, and is "functional" meaning there is a hole in the hood lol It will be molded to the hood once I get a paint job so it will flow better then.

Let me explain...to be important or to fit in to this club, 1 of the requirements is to own, owned or soon will own at least 1 EVO. 2 or 3 is even better. And by "own" he doesn't mean put a woopin on them.

I love the wagon and the bike, I give you credit for the sc'd Stratus, although I would have gone a different route with the asthetics.

I don't dislike EVO's, but can at least understand if someone else does. I don't need AWD either. Never have owned an AWD vehicle (unless you count Jeeps). My truck is even 2wd. But..."hate turbos"? Whaaaat? The only way I can think that phrase would ever be used logically wouldd be "dang, that car beat me by a mile (grumble, grumble) I hate turbos".

What? Common man....I'm die hard Subaru, and I would still love to own an Evo. I'm not sure that I would treat it like other Evo owners treat theirs though. I think owning an RS would be badass, and it would look cool as hell covered in a nice coat of dust and maybe some mud.

i hate turbos

WHOA WHOA WHOA.........WTF is wrong with you?! lol. I'm not sure we can be friends anymore lol.

Thanks, it used to be more of a sleeper with stock rims and no hood scoop. But I think it kinda still is.

Lol nope I guess I cant say I ever owned an Evo.

Thanks for not flaming about the stratus people tend to do that sometimes mainly about the hood. To be honest I dont think it looks awesome but it took alot of custom work to get it that far so im ok with that since it gives me more points at custom car shows.

That sir would be a great idea!

I took some pics on the 4 hour drive home from Platteville WI to Tomahawk. I passed 100+ cars saw 7 in the ditch, passed 3 accidents, and 3 cops haha. Subaru FTW!

I find it interesting how people try to be safe by slowing way down. Problem is that they continue to drive in packs, less than 1 second of following distance. So when shit gets real, the whole group is F'ed. Better off driving relatively quick and staying isolated. Good work mane, too bad the idiots you passed likely thought you're the dumb one.

i cant tell you how many people flash their lights at me, beep their horns, throw me the finger, when i pass them when there is snow on the road.

everything people do to try and be safe, but then run on their warn out all-season tires....

Very similar to my ride home on Sunday morning from Steven's Point. Soon as I got onto I39, the car started acting funny, pulling left-right-left-right. got into the left lane with some snow on it (no traffic) and had rock solid traction. back to the right, tested things out, sure enough, all the traffic was keeping the road just at that icy/slippery temperature. back to the left lane, saw about 9 cars in the ditch before I got to Westfield. at one point, there was a plow truck in the left lane, removing all of my traction. so I passed the 30 cars that were in the right lane not going past him because of the whiteout he was causing, got into the right, and started to pass him. Guy friggin' moves over, straddling the center line, just so I wouldn't go by him, frickin' douchbag!! Anyways, the Mazda is a skinny little car, so I just kept up and went right by him, the right wheels were still on the pavement, over the rumble-strips. Back into the left lane, and smooth sailing all the way home. Although, by the time it got to hwy 23, the Dells exit, it was kinda slick and I had to slow to about 50 because of the depth of snow. I tried to take 23, but I turned around and used I39 again, because it was sheet ice under the unplowed snow, it was super-scary.
