need a new style 350 block im not real sure what the years are but its somthing lik 88 89 to 96 or so

Be careful that you don't end up with an LT block with reverse cooling. You can run it, but you have to change your whole cooling system (mainly found in vettes 92-96 and Camaro/Firebirds 93-97).
