Columbus 151 Speedway would like to announce an open tuning and testing session for all AutoX enthusiasts.

151 Auto X presented by TomKat will take to the track on Tuesday July 20th. Gates open at 5pm.

Tune and test until 7pm.
Meeting 7 to 7:30
Qualifying clock runs until dusk.

Pit passes are $15.00
Grandstand admission is free.
Meeting is in the grandstands and free.

Woah there big guy.

It was a suggestion. Columbus on a Thursday evening would more than I can handle.

4 hours of driving after getting off of work at 5pm then having to be back to work at 8am Friday.

Another suggestion. Hook up with the Madison Sports Car Club guys. I'd bet they'd be more than will to help out with the autocross part of the evening.

Suggestion #2 - Burn out contest. Get some muscle car guys involved in these events.

WI-DSM guys are clamoring for a weekend event...So here goes.

We had 4 cars for AutoX last tuesday.
We had 8 cars for Drifting last thursday.

If 8 cars show for AutoX on tuesday, AND 12 cars show up for Drifting on thursday, I will schedule a weekend event.

There is one opening in August, and a couple in September to choose from.

Provided required car counts are reached...

Members from both clubs will vote from these dates, to select one to hold an event.

Get the word out there, let's make this happen!
