Used Laptops?

Do you have any older used laptops laying around that you'd like to part with for cheap? I'm looking for one to run our land and sea Dyno. The connector for the dyno computer is a 9-pin serial connector, so I kind of need that on the laptop. We have an old Compaq desktop hooked up to it now running windows 98, but its hard to run both the throttle on the snowmobliles and the computer, so We're looking for a laptop.

Mmm, i can keep my eyes open, we dont come by used notebooks too often. ebay is your best bet on a used laptop. just be careful.

i may be willing to part with my old laptop for about...250 or so. I could use the cash. Not sure if it's got a serial port or not....i'll check tonight when i get home and post up tomorrow or tonight. I gotta redo the OS on it...but lemme know. I just upped the RAM to 2 Gigs, and it was top of the line when I got it 4 years ago.
Processor: 2.0 GHz AMD Athlon 64 3200+
RAM: 2 GB
Video: ATI Radeon 9600 Mobility (runs even new games decently)
80 GB HDD
