Honda at work won't run

Got a 94 honda civic at work that doesn't want to run. There no spark at the plugs and the wires/cap/rotor are new. It does have a crank signal on the scanner that showing rpms. No codes on it either. The car got a 1.6 vtec in it with a man. trans. The car before it died would stall when the clutch was in now it won't even run. Ideas? Haven't spent much time on it since we just drag in right before quiting time. I will have to work it tomorrow.

It will most likely quit again. Find a used distributor (best) or just replace the coil in the disty.

One wire going to the icm wasn't good and the coil wouldn't ohm right. Fix them 2 and it runs.
