Eagle Talon cuts out?

So I went and looked at this Eagle Talon cuz the guy said it was not boosting right so i get there and test drove it and it runs find up until about 5000 rpm then it just falls on its face hard like it cuts everything. the guy is running 15 psi he has a stock tune and stock injectors i told him that could be ur problem like a fuel cut but i just thought i would ask on here because u guys know more about dsms than i do?

fuel cut or a boost leak.

Manual boost controllers are cheap if he doesn't already have one. Turn the boost down to 12 psi and see what happens. 15psi not really that high though.
