I like that in Marshfield we get to switch things up and do fun side events such as the 0-60ft challenge or the Gymkhana attempt.

We run this event a bit more open than usual autocross events. We'll be doing the 60' challenge again before the drivers meeting.

Yeah that was my favorite part too! FWD had to dip hard on brakes for a split sec to allow the rear to come around and swing through it and then quickly counter-steer back through the next gate.

I copied our same time format from a past event.

If someone shows up at 10am, yes they may not get a chance to walk the course, just like if someone shows up at 11am they may not get a chance to drive the course.

Rookie walkthrough can be at 10am, shouldnt take more than half an hour.

starting a little earlier will give everyone more seat time. going for 10 timed runs.

There will be no extra waiting for the 60' challenge. It will be done by people showing up early to participate in it. The autocross times and timed laps will not change at all.

Just so there is no confusion. Registration will be:

9am to 10am. It may open earlier, but will be for sure open between those times.

If there are no rookies we may start earlier.

60' challenge will start after 9am and will go until 9:55am so if you wish to participate get there by 9:30am at the latest.

the reason for the registration (and tech) being open at 8:30 is for the 60ft challenge. If registration and tech opens right at 9, there will be no one doing the 60ft challenge right away, and probably wont start till 9:30.

I will be there early enough and be ready by 8:30. I also have a new method for registration that should speed things up a bit.

Good question. We will be selling CWSCC memberships at this event. $30 will get you 2 years worth of membership and discounts with this up and coming club. CWSCC events this year include another Marshfield event, an autocross at Golden Sands and 2 more lapping days at Shawano.

awesome lay out ,i had a blast even with the broken axle after the fun runs.its fixed already but the owner of my borrowed 17s is gonna be a bit salty when he sees 1 of his tires.lol its a bit roached ,i felt shit hitting me in the face coming around the last turn through the timing system.well ya it was the inside of the tire coming apart but it never shook or gave me the a hint that i was gonna have a problem with it.
