INTRO!!!

Hey fellas!

My name is Colin, and I moved to Eau Claire from Menomonie last summer. I never thought to look for a local forum and now I'm glad I did!
I'm going to CVTC for Motorcycle/ Marine, I'm 21, and I've been a gearhead since I could walk.

My current love:
1987 BMW 325e Sedan. I bought this car for $400 back at the end of 2007 after selling my '72 Chevy C10 Stepside.
I've put in a massive amount of time restoring this car to the condition it is now. I've swapped the front end from a 1991 325is onto it, soon will be doing the rear to match.

Left to right - 1997 BMW 318ti, 1988 325is, 1977 320i, 1987 325e (before facelift), 1999 M3

I've had my eye on the e30 for a long time now and they just keep popping up all over the place! Nice car! I prefer the 2 door but the 4 door has function, haha $400, niiiice!

I have to ask, what did it end up running in the 1/4?

I wasn't running 1/4's.
That was on the main straight at Brainerd International Raceway.
(It doubles as a quarter when the whole track isn't in use)

I'm normally not all into Bimmers, but I like the fact that you restored it and it looks great. Welcome to the forum.

Ya just need to finish the restoration and fix the rust, dents and missing paint and it might be a clean car! Good work so far!

Nice car. I'm not usually a BMW guy, but I like yours. A guy at my work is nuts over BMWs, so I'll have to show him yours.

That's the family line-up actually. I've got my red e30 sedan and another BMW not pictured, a 1985 524td (Turbodiesel)
We've also got a 2006 BMW R1150RT touring bike

It's in our blood. It's the german fever dogg

She's filthy in these pics >< But this car is MINT condition. my grandpa bought it new in canada, now it's sitting in his garage until i go get it, which is after i return from spring break :)

WoW, nice car! That's really cool. I've seen maybe 2 of them before, but they were just beat to hell.
