Looking forward to racing TK, you should be introducing yourself as Stevens Point's largest Used Moped salesman! i drove past your work today and OH MY GOSH!!! got enough mopeds out there? can we borrow all 8+ of them some night and EVERYBODY can cruise town on a 'ped?
Pointdsm
08-09-2007, 11:42 AM
That would be awesome to drive a little bike around, thats actually street legal for once. Devlish, wanna race my bike?
TomKat
08-09-2007, 12:10 PM
Those "mopeds" are over $7,000.00. For some reason I don't see them letting us borrow them for a weekend.
I don't even get to drive them.

That would be awesome to drive a little bike around, thats actually street legal for once. Devlish, wanna race my bike?huh? i was talking about moped. not bikes, or bicycles, or motorcycles, or any of the above. just mopeds. what are you talking about.
BTW, our moped is cool! VPT tuned it up, did a great job.
TK, $7g's for a moped huh. rip off.
Pointdsm
08-09-2007, 12:27 PM
ha, my bike is a 1976 honda xr75...not street legal(the xl is), but basically an old moped size wise.
Those mopeds must have some fancy euro engineering in them!

really?? awesome!! i had a '79 XL75 when i was younger!! (when i was 10-12yrs old)) it rocked!! i used to pull my friends around on sleds and shit in the winter, and take it off jumps and shit in the summer. we had a dirt bike track made up in the back 40 woods, and i used to rip around that track on this thing as well. it totally kicked ass!! i should come over sometime and take it for a spin... to bring back some memories.
Pointdsm
08-09-2007, 03:06 PM
I might be able to make it over to your house, i would have to take jordan road, the city part is the scary part. If you want though, just stop over sometime, the shocks won't hold up to any jumps, but you can ride it.

Isn't that what you were riding when you smashed up your ankle?
devlish
08-09-2007, 04:18 PM
good memory, but no. i was borrowing a KDX80. much more powerful, and meant for jumps. i should have taken it a bit slower... this week's weather was a reminder as my ankle/shins hurt all week long. whenever the weather is rough, that metal plate and 7 pins start to ache.
thanks for bringing that up though!

We need a forum doctor. We have enough mechanics, we have a real estate agent, we have a dentist(fine orthodontist), got our computer and communictions figured out, hell we just need a doctor of some sort and a lawyer.
devlish
08-10-2007, 11:40 AM
who's the dentist?
we could get Doc on here, then we'd have a doctor.
