It was just a little more than I wanted to spend or I would have. Watched a set go on EVOm last month for $2150 shipped! Good luck with sale.

The honest reason I purchased them.... I was disappointed in the high speed composure of my bilstein/Robi combo while on r-comps and I let the voices get to me.

The reason I'm selling.... the same reason I sold my Megan Street coil overs. I do not like the rough ride.

Some of you guys run race brakes, race tires, race suspension, and harnesses 24/7. I'm not one of those guys.

In fact I don't plan on racing at all next season. Instead I plan to drive the car more and I'd like it to be more pleasurable. Thus back to the stock exhaust and soft suspension.

There is no doubt that coil overs help performance. From the ACD perspective it was night and day. Tons more grip with the Ohlins than the Bilsteins. Truthfully for beat runs the Ohlins are much more fun. But they lose their luster on long distance trips.

The price is not negotiable at all. These are pretty much brand new and come with an extra set of springs. Considering its tax return time these will easily sell on EVOM for $2500.

Well its not like I can't go. I just don't plan to buy new tires, pads, and rotors like I normally would. I won't be making any call out threads thats for sure!

If I go I'd probably run my nearly dead street tires and last years rotor/pads.

I'd like to see TK pick these up as its an excellent deal and it would be good to see him be competitive again (without the need to hot lap at events).

If you do not plan on doing anything competitive then get rid of the EVO and get a BMW. You can enjoy a beat run in nice quiet comfort.

One of my close friends got married this last summer. He used to race motocross, snocross, have a Buell to ride, and 2 snowmobiles for trail riding. Now he has none of that because he sold it all shortly after he was married.
