Log Cabin only serves chicken pot pies on Sunday. And you have to get there early before they run out. Ask Sarge.

i'm planning on going but i don't know what i will drive. lol. My good old DSM died on me again so i have to have the engine rebuilt or just get some rod bearings replaced depends on the damage. but good news is that the work/parts are free because D and D mods and rods in plover built my engine and its still under warranty. But i'm planning on going.

i can get rooms for $25-$35, it's nice working at a choice hotel. i always stay at choice hotels when i travel. and usually on my dads company account too! two nights on South Beach... FREE. Oceanfront Suite in Jacksonville... FREE!!!

however, the one down in the dells is no where near the action!! so not a great choice for this weekend. besides, the monaco and flamingo are what... $65/NIGHT, divide by 4 ppl. no biggie

$90 a night for a suite is still pretty shitty sounding, especially in a tourist trap town like the Dells.
But it's not like that matters, I'm not not much time will be spent in the room anyhow, so it's a good idea, big room, little money.

I can assure you that our suite at the monaco is more than 65... I think its like 90 a night..my point was... rooms CAN BE HAD for around the $65 range on that weekend, in the dells. and not all rooms rented are suites. half of the choice hotels are NOT suites, but standard room. albeit, a NICE standard room.

either way, divide it up by the 4 or 5 people in your room, and it's cheap. you'll spend more on beer that night i bet :roll:

rooms are cheap now because its before tourist season. i have stayed at the monaco numerous years and sometimes ina suite..its ok...its a roadside motel but its within walking distance of the show and bars and whatever else...devlish ill split a room if ya want. and ill bring the beer:) tomkat..can i borrow the vette?:)
