flooring is all done ( carpet and what not)

it sounds pretty decent. too bad i don't need to move into the exact same house!! (1000 sq ft, 1 bath/2 bed, 2 car garage, etc).

you can make money..buy it for 80...put 2 grand into it...sell it for 95 or so...
