For sale or possible trade
-1995 Pontiac Firebird Formula V8.
Has the LT1 engine, rebuilt 6k miles ago to factory specifications by an ASE trained mechanic.
Has 6spd transmission with hurst short throw shifter, K&N cold air intake, removed rear muffler(sounds awesome), ported TB, ported heads, tubular rear control arms and panhard bar.
The rest of the car is stock as far as i have been able to find out. Brakes in good condition, suspension all tight, no leaking fluids, coolant, powersteering, and tranny fluid all new.
Just replaced drivers side window motor a month ago, passenger works great. Has aftermarket pioneer cd player.
Has power windows, locks, drivers seat, cruise control, cloth interior, dual airbags.
Chassis has 52k miles, NO RUST AT ALL!!
Motor runs very strong, tranny shifts perfectly, new stock clutch has about 8k miles on it.
I picked the car up with the current wheels on it. They are older corvette 17"ers that i painted black in the center. Have some less expensive all-seasons on it right now with about 6-?32nds left. Car also comes with 2 spare stock 16" 5spoke wheels and a set of 14" S-10 wheels that i would also just like to get rid of.
-Few minuses to the car,
Small 1-2" crack in the drivers door just under the mirror, the drivers side headlight gear is going(makes the dreaded buzz after going down), the lower radiator support is bent a bit.
AirBag light is on, never looked into it though.
I've had the car for about a year now, and put around 6k on the rebuild. Car runs perfect, and makes no abnormal noises.
Just cant afford to keep it right now due to financial reasons and really need it gone as soon as possible.
Looking to get $5000 , but i am will and open to offers and also possible trades. Looking for possibly a nice Focus Hatch 5speed, BMW, Integra GSR, or awd eclipse or talon.
Located in Stevens Point/Plover, Wisconsin - but i am willing to drive a little ways but only for SERIOUS buyers.
