It's getting to be that time of year again! I just got the new Fall order just in time for the snow to fly! I currently have 5 sets of these available! !~HOT HOT HOT~! Get them while they last!
This is what they look like installed on a rare silver EVO! Keep in mind though, these are universal and should fit on many applications...

I do accept Paypal and will ship UPS Ground, but prefer local pickup! PM me for more info!
Thanks, Posi......

Aren't curb feelers supposed to be in front of the wheels?

Not necessarily, it's 50/50 on where you see people mount them, it's all just a personal preference on look and dependent on what area of the car has a suitable mounting location.
So, you seem interested, can I mark you down for a couple sets??? :)

I think in front of the front wheels, and behind the rear wheels. depending on if you're driving in or backing in to the parking spot.
Why these stupid feelers, when a person has eyes in their head?

Yeah can't see them exactly doing their job behind the wheel... Is this thread supposed to be funny??? o_O

Sarge and fronzoos, like I said earlier, it's a personal preference on location, it doesn't matter if they are in the front or back of the wheel(s)... I have seen way more with them behind the wheel fyi.
Curb feelers or curb finders are springs or wires installed on a vehicle which act as "whiskers" to warn drivers that they are too close to the curb or other obstruction.
The devices are fitted low on the body, close to the wheels. As the vehicle approaches the curb, the protruding 'feelers' act as whiskers and scrape against the curb, making a noise and alerting the driver in time to avoid damaging the wheels or hubcaps. The feelers are manufactured to be flexible and do not easily break.
Curb feelers are still used on some hot rods when a 1950s look is wanted. They are especially popular for cars with whitewall tires, which easily lose their white coating when scraped against the curb. Sometimes curb feelers are found only on the passenger side of the car, since that is most commonly near the curb when parking. Sometimes they are added only next to the front wheels. Some curb feelers have a single wire or spring, while others have two to increase the area that can be protected. Any particular car may have just one curb feeler installed or more if attached near the front and rear, as well as on both sides of the vehicle.
For Evo's in particular I recommend my custom-made extendable curb feelers. They provide the typical poor quality driver with a maximum extension of 5 feet per side! I can provide a package deal and also include my custom Evo Tune that limits max revs to just 2,500 and top speed to a mere 45! This is a must have for those Evo owners that over-exaggerate their driving abilities and thus tend to hit everything, such as but not limited to: (Curbs, Culverts, Rocks, Trees, Snow Banks, Raccoons, Swamps, and Underage Girls)!
CWSCC Special: $75 installed for 2 feelers and custom tune!
Is this thread supposed to be funny? You tell me! I'm just doing my part as a good samaritan by trying to help all the innocent people walking down sidewalks safe and happy!!!

Nope. No, I think they need to be in front of the wheels.

Not sure these will help when the Evo is understeering into the curb at 45mph.

That new S4 looked like it had a ton of power but just didn't look like the suspension was set up for that heavy car on a track.

I think they should go in front of the front wheels, for when one is moving forwards, and pulling against a curb to park. since the car is at a slight angle, with the feelers in the front, they get to the curb sooner than if they were on the back side of the wheel well, providing the protection the owner would be looking for.
And behind the rear wheels, for when one is performing the standard parallel parking routine, i.e., backing up against the curb to park.
It depends on the approach angle, really.

That's nice, like I said, It's a personal preference. I think every Evo should have 4 of the custom 5 foot extenders mounted behind all 4 wheels!

I went about this the wrong way. Instead of curb feelers I got an extra set of suspension and wheels. Dammit!

Big J from the Fox Valley area has done an OUTSTANDING job with photos at almost all of our events. He posts them all up in a completely free manner and doesn’t ask for any money. I'm sure he wouldn’t mind a donation here and there. the guy goes through hours of photos and usually has them up within a few days after the event. I think our media coverage this year has never been better.
There has also been others than have posted up photos as well. Not sure why evil would complain, he hasnt been to a single event this year.

An electric bike would have the motor on the rear wheel eliminating the power loss from a chain. If it is electric I would say it's a poorly designed machine.
