the house is 19, IDK about the shed, it was there when I wought the house, 3342 rosewood. theres also a good chance I'm going to be putting in new carpet in the upstairs

I know two people that live on Rosewood. Really nice location. Nice and quite, but close enough to "downtown" Plover. 675 sounds like a bargain for that area.
