It has just under 114,000 miles on it. only thing that has been done to it is a AEM V2 cold air. Brake were just done with less then 500 miles on it. 5 speed black with stock rims... apline deck with ipod conection the deck is one with glid touch. 10" Jl w6 sub in JL box with two XR 6.5 speakers and two TR 6.5 speakers that are powered by a 6 by 450 amp so all the speakers are powered. There is no rust at all and is the best del sol that i have ever seen with out haveing any work done to it. NADA is $4,800 plus I have over 2k in sound system in it. so Im asking $5,500 obo

They are not the best close up shots but it is just to give you an idea. As i said i will take better pics as soon as i can get some good ones. Everything inside is in great shape. I would as 9/10. out side has some normal rock chips and what not and one chip in the front glass that is very small and has been there for a long time now. outside is 8/10. Please Note the price is without the rims ... those are on my GSR now. It will come with stock rims 14" with ok tires.

The WS6 is an aged and discontinued platform. Back in the days of Smokey and the Bandit it had some hollywood street credit but these days it doesn't.

Lucky, I'm not sure if you get your reliability reports from Jegs or Summit, but its time to look for a new source that is more accurate. I'm not telling you to buy an EVO but if you had to pick one or the other the EVO is the way to go.

That being said I triple challenge any WS6 owner in the area to prove me wrong. Step up or shut up!!!

the LS1 is one of the best engines ever made! all around it will run longer harder and just stright up better then the 4G63 thats in an evo. Now that being said i do like evos but im a college kid and can afford to but money into it every year or even every 6 months..I had a Talon and it was a fun car till you started running it hard.

Your asking too much. The market isn't that crazy for a del sol and kbb has you at $3735, $4000 if you didn't have the torn door panel and everything was in showroom condition. You'll be sitting on this car for a while if you are looking for 5k stock.

The LS1 one of the best engines ever made. Don't make me laugh. They're impressive, but hardly the best. Better change that oil pump and try to ignore that cloud of smoke behind Zoey at full throttle.

I've reread my posts and they do seem kinda mouthy. I didn't mean to come off like a punk. One of the yahoos in this thread cocked off and that got me started.

To me it sounds like you are already dead set on the TA. I hope you can find one in good shape. I know they are strong performers with a ton of aftermarket support. My brother actually has a 79 formula with a ram air 455. His is hard to make fast but the 6 speeds LS1s have an arseload more potetical.

Once you get your firechicken we can line up. Be advised I dont do WIR anymore so it will more than likely be out in the sticks or at the stoplights.



Tomkat.... My EVO has never been out of commission. Yes I roasted the brake rotors, yes the stock clutch is getting tired, and yes I had an exhaust bolt loosen up causing a leak (my fault). In two plus years of countless launches and very aggressive driving I think that is impressive.

Well the Evo is a car i have always wanted but they are more then what i really want to spend right now and the TA for an all around toy would be great. so ya. but anyways need to sell del slow and i will take the sound system out to drop price havent really thought too much about it but if some one wants to offer me something that is reasonable none of the stupid $10 or what not please.

If I could collect cars I would definately have a 3rd gen RX7. They are about as reliable as a DSM but they sure are pretty. You can drop a 350 in them though.

I also love the 2G-b GSX, 2G PGT, NSX, S2K, and 2K3 Cobras.
