So I took my cat off and just smashed all the shit out and welded it back up, I put in a non fouler for the downstream o2 and then put the o2 into the non fouler, anyways im still getting a check engine light every 60-70 miles? any ideas???

I followed these instructions, and like I said it worked flawless.
You can try the resistor trick. This involves soldering a ¼ watt, 1
megaohm resistor into the black wire of the downstream oxygen sensor. This will effectively fool the computer into thinking there is still a catalytic
converter in place, by changing the output of the downstream oxygen sensor.

so you just solder it inline on the black wire ?

Black wires are normally the heater wires, green or white are normally the signal wires.
