bead the ends of the pipe, that'll keep your couplers on.

i guess i'll have to consider new aluminum stuff then if i want it to look better huh?

I have some pads for mild but it won't be as nice as stainless. Aluminum would be nice yes, but titanium looks real nice after its all welded. If you want no welds showing at all and just nice clean strait pipe stainless with the pad treatment is the way to go.

i dont want my pipes to pop off. but seriously, I need some piping, I will have to get you some specs, or just get you the old pipe and have to re-make the pipe with nice mandrel bends as the guy that had the car before me used all exhaust piping and press bent.

PDSM, you need I/C piping too???

VPT, can you just re-create this 3-inch I/C piping and make me a 2.5inch.

I've wanted FMIC piping before all of you, just that i'm not in point to actually get it done. DIZZM, my setup will actually look alot like your 3" setup, if i had a bigger turbo I would love to do a trade, but 3" is way to big.

Well if you want, maybe VPT can do 2 sets of I/C piping at the same time. I want to run 2.5 inch I/C piping, short route and for a FMIC. is that the same for you? Short router piping is really close to the same for a 1g and 2g.

Yup, we're the same, only difference is that he is welding a quick 90 on my endtank so that side faces backwards. I'm having the hotside still go around the long way for now, i already have that piece. My FMIC exits side to side, so i need a quick bend on the cold side to fit into the holes next to the radiator.

Sure can, is it possible to have the car over here? Sometimes it makes it easier for bend alignment and acc. placement.

I can understand how stock can be nice. things just work all the time, more comfortable, more practical, but thats just not fun.

i like my stock car. it's comfy & practical. finally i don't have to open/close the door for bradley crawling in/out of the backseat!! i love it.

as for BHF, maybe at a later date i'll bring the Omni and enter in a novice class just for fun. i would love to do it, but time & money are still hard to come by for some people.
