im pretty sure this is similar to all of the brand new R1's on ebay trying to be sold for 3k by people living in germany or who just entered the military.

i got about 50+ offers to buy my GSXR from people all over the country (& world actually), offering me $3k - $4k more than i'm asking, telling me to just ship the bike with a check for the overage. (and keep a few hundred extra for myself for my troubles of course!) what a joke!
