As you know, I wasn't one of those huge pussies that stored their car during the winter so some spring cleaning is in order.

My #1 mission is to get a pressure washer. This will not only be used for the car but it will also be used to clean the stone walls of my house. I was wondering if any of you have a pressure washer that you like or dislike.

I'm considering an electrical unit with 2000+ psi and maybe 2-3gpm flow.

My #2 mission is to clay bar the car. Now I've never done this before and honestly I'd rather pay someone to do it. Any suggestions?

MY #3 mission is to have dent man swing by and pop a few dings out of my collection of vehicles. Anyone got an "IN" with the guy? I think a paintless dent repair car meet would be a good reason to have a CWSCC cookout.

1: rent one from a rental place, they have superhigh pressure ones. my dad did that one our last house, was MUCH cheaper renting it vs. buying or even having someone come over and do it

2: hire TK, he's the BOMB with cleaning cars. plus, it makes the old man feel important

3: that is a GREAT idea. i don't have a direct "in" with the guy, but through various bodyshops i work with, i can get some great referrals. and i agree, having a CWSCC cookout, and inviting the dent guy, i'm sure he'll give us a break on doing 4-6 cars at once. i'm in!!

I might think about hiring TK for some clay bar work, i've never done that before, i'd at least like to learn how to correctly.

1.Ask Big Erv of Big Erv Motorsports and Paint about pressure washers.

2. Bring Darth over and we'll clay it.

3. The Dent Man makes his rounds in this area on Tuesdays. You have to catch him in a good mood so let me know if you are serious about the dent removal and I'll work you in. Dent repair meet = bad idea.

Well you know the Dent Man loves his volleyball and beer. Maybe you could tell him that and he'd be game!

Maybe a dent repair meet is a bad idea but a CWSCC cookout is still in order. Lets pick a date.

Is this cookout geared towards being soon or just sometime in the spring in general? Either way, I'll be there.

G-money got a new power washer a couple of years back... I used it to clean out my engine bay... its powerful took the paint right off when you got up close and personal. I can give him a call... I am sure he will let you use it

That sounds like a deal.
