Anyone intrested because i thought rapids wasnt that great hoping to go cruise not race. I am going to approach bk and see if they would me intrested in us meeting in their lot because it is a big meet in eau claire,chippewa.

I'll do some organizing as well. I know a few people that have some pretty powerful AND nice damn cars that might be interested in this kind of thing.

Also, I'd be there!!!!!!!!

im going to try and speak with a few different businesses in town that have decent sized parking lots and see if we can come up with a location if we are unable to at burger king

the only issue with that is.. Eric is trying to get a weekly event going... i dont think the speedway would work for a weekly event.. we'd end up having to pay for the insurance and track use as we do when we autocross there.

also bream will only work to an extent... once the police find out its there the city will put a stop to it.. we need someplace thats private property so the police in this town cant do anything about us meeting up once a week and talking about cars or showing our cars

why would the police put and end to it if we have permission from the business and i know i have a good area as long as there isnt any parking lot racing or burnouts

exactly... and we all know how marshfield police are..
I was stating that if we did it at bream park we would have issues with the police and the city WILL NOT allow it..
They used to allow it back when we had Karau's warehouse down across from city hall. every friday and saturday night it would be packed full of kids but they had alot of issues and alot of people getting into trouble.. thats when the city started cracking down on people hanging out in parking lots..
they WILL NOT allow it at a public park.

That's why 'kids' aren't allowed. But you ARE right. We need someone with a parking lot for a drive way..... And not to sound like I'm saying my place just because I don't have to go anywhere, but wildwood is directly across the street from where I live. If any police show up and try to 'crack down' on us, I can just say I'm having some friends over and it got crowded inside the apartment. Which in all honesty would be the truth. Thing is it would have to be by the enclosed pavillion so picture taking would suck in the immediate area. We'd have to drive around and do that, which we do anyways......
