When you realize you have a lot of money invested in printing equipment, and also a toilet... apparently this is what you come up with!

hahaha. nice one.
Solman... just give me an idea...
i'm thinking a bullseye ?? no, that would get messy!! ha
i'm actually working on marketing this to local bars/restarants. I figure... WHY NOT?? more half of the customer base will go in there, and actually REMEMBER IT!!! (becuase it's unique) i've got one bar almost on-board already, and he's going to be my guiney pig, i'll take pics, and then market to the rest of the places i want to hit up! any thoughts on if you think it's a good idea or not??

sell those wraps on ebay.
devlish
07-23-2009, 03:58 PM
not a bad idea...probably already out there tho, and for dirt cheap... i'd like to make money on the setup and install for local places.
i'll dig around on ebay later and see what i find for prices and if it's worth pursuing... i'd almost need a few basic layouts done up already. you know FLAMES would sell, if i had the rights to a chevy bowtie or ford... they'd sell like hotcakes!! i can already see huge shipments going to Alabama and Arkansas!!! hahaha

If you could make the toilet tank look like a huge glass of beer I'll convince my roommate to split the cost with me. Make the lid look like foam maybe.... Sounds good to me. It'll be the coolest damn toilet I'll ever see.

Ooooh oooh! Make one that looks like a Mime trapped inside a glass box!!!

STPDK: going to be advertising companies on there for the first place... hopeing to get a "sponsor a toilet" thing going, but we'll have to find some better wording! not sure that would sell too well!
TSI-II: i'll look into a beer mug type of layout. we'll see what we can find
Posi: yeah, something like that would be cool. with like a metal door on top or something. ha.

Awesome. Do a dolphin theme. That would be awesome. Pretty much anything that people decorate their bathrooms in would sell well imo.

^ so you'll be one of those Road America guys that only go there and no place else?
I still don’t understand why someone with a new car that is 100% reliable complains about driving to/from the track. And don’t give me the cost of gas is too much as that’s nothing compared to the overall cost of a track day.

I'm going back to RA because I'm used to the car now. Finally comfortable pushing it close to its edge. Want to see what I can do now. For me driving 8 hours one way to spend 1.5 hours on track isn't worth it.
With RA I drive 2 hours one way for nearly 3 hours on the track! And get free lodging! Plus if I do break something, getting the car home from RA won't cost me anything.
And yes I do have a budget for this stuff. So gas money for the drive their and back DOES make a difference for me.

If you’re on a budget RA is not the track for you. Plus RA is a turn and floor it type of track, not real technical. Not the best track to really learn car control especially with an under powered car (no offence) like your RX8.
The additional cost of gas to go 200 more miles away will be about $50 at the most. $60 compared to the cost of entry fee, gas on track, brake pads/rotors, tires. that $60 is nothing.
I like to look at the cost:fun ratio. RA is nothing like BHF or Gingerman.

Fun to TOTAL cost ratio. Factor in long ass boring drive, extra gas money, extra money for lodging, broken rims at BHF.
Its not all about the money. That drive down there was pretty much the deciding factor.

you'll drive to rapids for some crapy taco's but not few hours more to a different and more fun track. accidents happen no matter where you go, so cant throw that in there. Lodging...that’s free, I'll pay that for ya. Additional $50 in gas....its plenty worth it.
If your looking for cheap track time, come to shawano. your RX8 would do great on that type of track.

I drive to TT for the drive TO TJ's. The drive there and back is more fun than the rest of the night.
Yes I loved shawano, but hated the long lefties. GD split fuel tank. Mazda needed to put a larger divider in with a spill over for when you fill it.

One thing to concider, how will it stand up to condensation. I know my crapper at time in the hot summer gets wet where the water sits. Just food for thought.
