not bad, is there any ducts for cold air to get to the filter?

technicaly thats considered a warm air intake.. a cold air intake places the filter down below the engine bay where their is colder air being put into it.

good job none the less

yeah some sort of heat shield to keep out the hot engine bay temps would be good to have.

There are so many sensors and wires attached to modern engines that the cover usually looks best. Good looking engines from the factory is kind of a lost art.
