I cant wait to see that new exhaust when you get it done. Can you believe Jarred has only 40,000miles on his Z! He's owned it for almost 3 years.
Holy crap, how do people put so many miles on their vehicles? My tow truck that I most likely put the most miles on only gets like 3000ish miles a year. How do people put on 10K-30K a year some even more? Where the hell do you people drive to all the time?

Jarred bought the Z with 19000 miles on it. So in 3 years he put on 21000 miles.
When I first bought the TT, it had 58,000 miles and I put on 48,000 miles on it in the 2 years I owned it..thats 106,000 total.
I would drive 60-70miles a day for work, 5 days a week.
70miles x 261days x 2years = 36,540miles for work
Plus the 200+ times I drove to Stevens Point in those 2 years and misc driving.
I wonder how much gas I used in those 2 years.
48000miles / 30mpg = 1600gallons
1600gallons x $3.00per gallon = $4800
My math could be wrong but, in 2 years I put on 48,000miles and spent about $4800 in gas.

I've had my car for like exactly 2 years....and I've put on almost 50k miles. And the furthest I've been with it is Chicago.

I'm out plenty but I don't drive around all over tarnation aimlessly.

thats nothing, I got my car with 86k on it in june of 2006 and it now has 164k on it 3yrs later. Majority of it comes from driving 50miles a day to work and back.

i love it. I live 2 miles from work and only 6.5 miles from downtown i dont think ill break 10,000 miles this year. if i go out of town i either rent a car or go with somebody that is already headed that way.

I have yet to break 10k in one year.
Dizmm

I probably drive 30-35k miles total a year.
Look at all these people wasting all that gas. You guys should feel ashamed!

last year this time, I was putting on nearly 2200 miles a month. Back and forth to work, and up to Tomah (from baraboo) at least three times a week.)
That doesn't count 8- or 6- or 4- or 2-hour drives to tracks. Oh, and most of it was in my 323, which gets around 40mpg.... :)

That's pretty nice work VPT.
As for miles.... shit. I don't know. I bought my car new back in 2005. Had 9 miles on it when I picked it up when they rolled it off the truck back in California. As of this January there was about 10 k miles on it. Right now I'm about roll over 22000 miles. Since January of this year, I put more than 10k miles on the car. I like cruising the Great River Road.... It's a good time.

nice exhaust, if you could quiet it down a bit i might have a prospective client for you. He just purchased an 04 G35 and he would love an exhaust, but not that lour and rappy. something more mild

Yes I can definably make it quieter. I always ask and try to get the best idea of what kind of tone and loudness people want out of their cars.
Than I have and idea what kind of combination of mufflers and resonators to put together to get the right sound.
