So i pull up at a red light next to a DSM, 1G AWD, driver revs and seemingly goes for an infamous AWD launch... the light turns green and the Lexus launches hard.... the DSM must have been scart' because it choked at the line and snubbed horribly!! Lexus pulls away smooth and clean. Yes, there is a witness to this action as well.

And where did you hear this from? I never had a problem with any plastic peices breaking when moving the seat anywhere. Or are you taling about zoey?

Guy. I didn't hear this anywhere. I detail cars as part of my job and we've had plenty on Lincolns and Cadillacs over the years. When cleaning the rear carpeting I have to move the seats all the way forward. All the way back when I get to the front.

The $#*@^&% cheap ass plastic trim pieces that cover the seat bolts almost always break. American made crap. :(

So far the seat trim pieces on Zoey are OK, but I've only moved the seat back and fourth a few times.

thats strange, I haven't had a problem with the plastic bolt covers at all. Maybe its the operator and not the equipment.
