I know everyone has been worried about me, but I was out on my 1st business trip. It was to Atlanta, wasnt to warm but a lot warmer than it is here. Anyway, I flew into atl and drove to Talladega to our test facility at the talladega speedway. I lucked out and they rented me an Infinity M35. Damn nice car. It was push button start, no key needed, just needed the fob in your pocket. Also when you walked far enough away it automaticaly locked, pretty sweet. Full leather with heated and cooling seats. GPS, SR radio, blue tooth phone, mp3 player, 6 disk, and a USB hook up for an ipod. When the car was shut off, the seat would move all the way back and the steering wheel all the way up, very nice to get in and out. Now for the power. This car had plenty of get up and go. The steptronic tranny also helped a lot. Plenty of power down low, just took a long time to shift. Now up and around the 80 mph, after downshifting it would pass about anything thrown at. Very smooth also, took speed bumps at 30mph and felt nothing. It sat on some nice 18" chrome rims, great looker. They also let me take the car out on the track while I was there. It ripped up the infield very nicely, a little to much role, but hell. Good trip, good food, nice direct flight amazing experience

Sounds like a great trip.... did you get any pics? What kind of business trip was this? I guess I'm not really sure what you do for a living.

BTW I leave Sunday for another 18 days in Hawaii.

I work for Harley Davidson. I am in the engineering department working on frames. One of our test facility is at Talladega Speedway, they had a question about a problem they were having and there was a retro fit for some new parts also. All paid for expenses are nice, they even picked up the massive bar tab which is nice. I am going to KC in early march for a build, and then to AZ for some testing. Its really nice to get out of the office and see your design in action. Sitting in the same chair, with the same ppl get old real fast so it nice to get out and about.

Evil though it may not be a paid for business trip like yourself I am going to Europe march 16th for a couple weeks. I needed a damn vacation so I was looking at Vegas, then I decided to up the trip and go gamble in Monaco instead, good choice I thought. So anyway, I am going to Monaco, Nice France, Florence, Rome, then up to Amsterdam and some surrounding cities. I will probaly go to a few more Cities in Italy but those can be desided later. Anyway it will be a relief from school, work and whatever else I need a break from. Should be fun!

Joey is going to school in Florence. We are going to meet up and do some backpacking thru southern france. I bought a euro pass for the train, which was like 225. Its good anytime any train anywhere in europe. We are staying at a few hostels until we hit Monaco and Florence, then I have some pimp hotel reservations. I have the trip all paid for and bringing along a hefty sum to have some fun. I figured I just needed to save up and go on a vacation with a bang, should be a blast. I just got a new digi with a 1 gig card for it so there should be plenty of pictures also. I just need a break. School, the cold, work and all of that just start to get to me after a while... just need time to to let loose and live it up
