IMG codes and Sigs

I guess it doesn't matter to me either way, but evil can choose to disable sigs if he wants in his UCP. Or even disable IMG codes...

not a big fan of the images but like you said if you don't like them you can disable them in your cp--that being the case I think it should be allowed
