The SPSRA doesn't give credit to fastest import anyways. Fastest car in town only. Doesn't matter what kind of car you drive.

The easiest way to cure withdrawal is to work on the car while it is in storage, thats my plan. I don't think there was a faster car than matts on the street this summer, at least matt raced unlike alot of those other guys. You know what i just remembered, 00evan, this used to be his style arguement.

Alot gotta think that car is like totally gutted out too vs. the muscle probably still has its interior but I don't know.

I also spent $15,000 total on my conquest thats not including the purchase car and thats including alot the parts had to be replace and repaired. I was pissed. Sold just about all the performance stuff and only got probably not even $5k.

Mattsubishi's car was broken most of the year making so matching up against these faster cars did not happen.

Actually it would be cool to see some other chicks that TC and I could go up against. I think when we finally race it's going to be so close because our cars are so much alike.

I realize this is an old thread, but its late and I'm just snooping around and came across this.

"Showboat Shane" and 1FastDuece are the same guy. SBS is the name we just started calling him cuz he's well, a showoff.

Shane also didnt have anywhere near $15K in his car. Not even close. You'd all be suprised to know how little was actually in that car. It was a pump gas, 93 octane BBC that he drove all over town with an ASSLOAD of spray on 2 stages, though he only used one stage in the Mattsubishi race.

Anyway, the Chevy 2 is now gone, he just sold it.

If you want to watch fast action then I'd suggest going to a RSD event where the emphasis is on watching fast cars and putting on a show. If you just show up to watch then please keep quiet and let the real racers (slow as they may be) run.

Hey wait a minute. Let's do some math. Real math. Mattsubishi ran a 10.86 against Showboat if my memory serves me correctly. Showboat beat Mattsubishi by 1.8 seconds.
10.8-1.8= 9.0

I would have to say with the figures given that Showboat was going balls out.
