"This Bluehost is about as fast as TK's driving"... aka 500 error.. is the hosting for this site completely fubar or something?

I frequently get issues with this site, I think you should get your money back from the hosting company.

When you see that error you can still go to www.cwscc.com and it works fine. If you go to www.cwscc.com/forum it will give you that message.

It's not the hosting site, it's this forum...

Ha, funny, just saw this post and I am on the phone right now with Bluehost. The Server is scheduled now for some upgrades this week to resolve the issue. I also upgraded to php5 from php4 which is suppose to free up some memory usage.

we'll see....

you are incorrect.

when the site works and the forum doesn't, that’s the SQL server shutting down due to the lack of available memory.

They are currently working on spreading the load to another server as a temp fix.

SWEET. Even the forum falls under Jethrow's 80/20 rule.

Dont worry, whatever it was you were doing still went through.

Also, I am looking into changing the forum over to vB. I want to extract all the current users and posts and shit from this SQL database and move it into the new vB one.

I will keep you guys updated.
