So here's a list from what I've read:

Built transmission

Built rear end

Custom steering and suspension work

Built 383 V-8

Damn guy that's a lot of stuff. You must be spending $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
I highly recommend doing it one step at a time.

Get the trans. and rear end in and sort those out with the 305.

Suspension - Are you building it for corner handling or straight line? If you are going the cornering route I'd autocross it with the suspension stock and then do the modifications. See how things improve.

I agree on this. I spent well over $10k on my car all at once. Did not work out so well. If you have a problem, much harder to track down. A whole season of no car because of that.

okay I agree that it should be taking down one step at a time but for one its a carb v8 so you can track it down alot faster than EFI. As for me, I just wanna upgrade a turbo but inorder to do that, gotta upgrade the injectors, then if you do that either get a AFR controller or just get a AEM PnP which is better? AEM PnP. Well its going to be in my conquest and it needs a exhaust well gotta customize that then same with the intercooler and pipes.

And Extreme, It would have turn out well for ya if your damn ignition system didn't get a recall from what I hear and took away from ya the whole summer last year. The first year you had it done I thought that thing was running great. You just need to take it to a dyno and get it tuned in. Its worth paying like 500-600 to tune instead of paying a new set of pistons. Which is what I'm doing before I decide to take it out for this summer.

yup, much easier to find the problem when your changine one peace at a time. I've also did all the mods on the orange talon all at once and thats the main reason that thing has not seen the road in over a year. its running now so hopefully it will finally see day light.

Car runs better than ever. Too bad my trans did not like that. Yeah, it would have been nice to have my ignition. ExtremeMotorsports also failed to tell me that my coil on plug set up MUST be ran with an ignition. So, car never ran good until the last time it was out. Go figure trans goes again. :x

Car is on hold. Trans is broken, unknown condition of cop and I am not spending $1500 on axels. I am trying to buy a new house. So as of the moment, I am finishing remodeling my current house. That is where I am at.

Suspension setup Is a slightly modified 1LE , Already has the trans and the The start of a motor, rear end coming soon. The car will be set up for all around driving, or reckless driving which brett has prefected. Dont count him out for the triple challenge.

Missings a season of racing, pulling your hair out finding problems, and dropping ass loads of cash on parts just so they dont break are the reasons I prefer a bolt on 12s reliable daily driver. The last two years with Darth have been wonderful. I'm sure the next two will be as well.

My suspension is set up mainly for cornering, but can easily be switched over for drag with just unhooking the front sway bar and swapping over to my Lakewood 90/10 shocks in the rear. Oh, and swapping to the *other rims and tires for the rear*...

Yes, I am well aware of how much work i'm puting into this car, but it's also my 3rd Camaro, and i've had 20 vehilces so far, 7 of which were complete ground up custom restores... I wouldn't say I have a budget for this one, but at the same time, I have a easily reached goal in mind and have no intentions of over-doing it...
