I blame the driver not taking in control. Those cars are very good handling except they weigh alot.

At least the air bag where there. Wonder if this was the guys only car or was it a track only car?

That shit happens all the time. When I was at road america several cars needed towing after going off track. Hell even I spun but fortuneatly didn't buy a section of guard rail. Everytime I've been to BHFs I've seen cars get initmate with the tire wall. Hell I watched a CRX take out some fence at Shawano last time! At least Autobahn and Gingerman have better run off.

GingerMan has excellent runoff. As a matter a fact it's claimed to be the safest track in the country. I have to agree with that.

Autobahn. Negatory on that Evil. I wouldn't rate that track any safer than Blackhawk. On every corner there is a guardrail or tire wall.

Road America. Probably the worst track as far as safety is concerned. The speeds are incredibly fast and the cement walls are incredibly close. If you lost control at the kink your car will be totaled and you would probably be in the hospital.

more exciting than 1/4 mile at least. you don't always have to go balls to the wall to enjoy those lapping days either. a good safe pace can be fun too.

No kind of racing is fun in a 15 second monster.

I disagree. I took the Insight to Blackhawk and had a blast running it hard around the track.

If your only thrill of driving a car is in the acceleration then you are missing out on many other dimensions of excitement when it comes to hard driving.

it's a little hard to VPT to think about much more than a straigt line. it'd be like walking & chewing gum for him... just ain't gonna happen. the gas pedal and clutch are already a little much in a straight line, now add in turning, braking, and you've got a recipe for disaster!! do i have to re-upload the SpinOut video again??

yeah yeah... it's running fine now, but have to use a MBC to control the boost. the computer should do it for me. i think the boost level adjust output on the computer is goofy. there's a new one in the mail for me already. should get it early Jan. been driving it around the block here at work the past few weeks testing shit out. it sure is fun. but as soon as it's running correctly, i'm doing a few more things to it before spring, just for fun.
