7. Move to other side
8. Repeat 1-6
9. Drive

9. Drive
Pump pedal to make sure the brake system is working. Don't want a spongy pedal. Also. Start of real slow and use the brakes.
You don't want to build up speed to try out your brakes and find out they don't work! :)
Then... Drive :D

Revised:
8.5. Pump brakes.
3.5. You might have to push the caliper piston back.
YAY! :D when my daddy gets off work he's gonna learn me how to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shorty one thing I always find handy is good shop manual. In your case you an actually view one for you car free online. Check out www.autozone.com There is a section on there called "repair guides". You'll have to input the type of car and year and such, and then you may have to click on repair guides again after that but it will bring up a haynes or Chilton repair manual for your car. There is a section on brakes. It is generally a very simple job on those cars. You may need a few basic tools, and possibly a few specialty tools, (torx bit's) Some of the Corsicas use tox bolts to hold the caliper on, and some use allen head bolts.

Thank You! :D
Brakes are done! :D
But i was kinda pissed to find out that when i pulled the tire off my axle boot has a big ass rip/ tear in it  ... so once i get my first paycheck looks like i'm gonna have to buy a rebuilt front axle :? ... i would just go out and buy a boot kit that comes with the grease but i don't have the money for that right now... so a $60 rebuilt axle is prolly the only route that i can take at the moment... :x :x :x :x :x :x
And my dad noticed the my car is guzzling anti-freeze again...
THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buy a 2000 Audi S4.
I still want a 2G Talon... but before you guys get your panties in a bunch hear me out...
I would put a different engine in it because i was talkin to some people and learned that the everything on the car works fine, EXCEPT, for the engine... so that's all you gotta do... do an engine swap on it and there you go...

DSM have more problems than just motor trouble. That's just the beginning of a long long list. :(
No motor swaps Shorty.
So with the new brakes in place you should be all ready for the WIR autocross. :D
Ya... no autocrossing for the Corsica... :( But i can drive a shiny silver Evo... :D

Or a Lotus
Honestly for a girl that does not work on cars, and has no b/f who works on them, or deep pockets. I would never suggest a DSM. Look for a Honda or Acura, or buy TK's 240.

Remember to lube silver bullet with 5w-30 in winter, to reduce friction on cold startup....
swap a 1.8 and an auto into a awd 2g! That would be BADASS!
