What happen at the railroads on Patch street about 5:30pm

I was on my way to have dinner on my gf break and saw a shit load of cops and firetrucks etc. Anyone got a close up on it? I was runnin lil late so I couldn't check it very well. Thought maybe someone here might of checked it out.
