In case anyone wasn't aware, we are taking a trip to Herford and Hopps tonight. Meeting at VPTs at 6:00, departure at 6:30. Who's all coming?

Went there a few months ago for the ol Butchers Challenge with 2 buddies. All 3 of us did it with time to spare... Didn't poop for a week.

You get 1 hour and 15 minutes to eat it.

You get a beer mug, picture on the wall, and $20 Gift card.

It equals a little over 4 lbs if you get a small potato.

That was sooooo worth the trip!! I absolutely love the steaks up there!! My bill was 35 bux 10 of which was from whitetail ales. Not bad for a 22oz'er with mushrooms and onions, salad, potato, etc. if you ask me.

We have concluded that the sampler beer plater of 40oz for 7.50 is the way to go.

And the eye candy was also out in force last night. :shock:

Funny we were laughing about how much work it was cooking our steaks. It took me 22oz of some of the best beer ever to make my steak. Oh and the toast was so hard to eat while I watched my steak sizzle on the grille.

30 to 35 bucks for a meal and drinks is resonable....you get what you pay for. I am telling ya you want good steaks come on out to simpsons...garlic and parmeson incrusted steak..yummy. there are alot better places then H and H or texas road house.

oh and hilltop has a awesome tenderloin steak sandwich

There is NOTHING better than burgers on the grill. AND you can have a full meal for under $5-7 and as much chocolate milk as you want. And just like H&H, you get to cook it yourself. WOW, what a deal!!!

Also ate dinner the other night at this joint off the square in Madison call Tornado Steak House. None of this chain shit. Good real steak house. Not cheap but its damn worth it. Damn worth it. one of the best I ever had.

Yes, Extreme likes Sears. I'm not sure if he needs to go to buy a tool or warranty a tool. When I go shopping in Wausau, I almost always have to go to Sears for Extreme and get a tool replaced. Thank goodness I don't go shopping in Wausau very often!

It's been there for a while. $10.98 (or $8.98, whichever it is) is a good deal for some things (jeans, shoes, etc.) but a crap deal for others (underwear, socks, a belt). Guess you gotta pick and choose. Their clothes aren't the best quality either. But hey! What can you expect for 10 bucks?
