If anyone is interested in celebrating St. Paddy's Day, Clancy's Stone Lion tavern out in Custer has a big celebration every year on the 17th. This year it starts in the afternoon and goes until who knows when. Beer, hamburgers, a small parade, etc. It's a good time and lots of people usually go.
I'll be there!

wow.....um, ya. I had to leave the party early because I had to work this morning. I don't know how the hell I got on the forums, but i do remember typing that, and it made perfect sense to me, haha. I have two important classes monday, so yesterday was my night to drink.
I went out to two bars last night with the wife. We realized we are old and you can see an average of 2-6 evos a day.

2-6 EVOs a day is a good sign. Means that parts will be readily available whenever they are needed.
Or all snatched up by everyone else.

Just a reminder: Clancey's opens at 1:00 today. The parade is at 5:00. They will be serving Guiness burgers. Should be interesting.
When is saint patties day anyhow?

fyi I will be posting here alot less due to someones...need to post a link on the stevens point journal website to all my posts on here and say who i was..what i do..etc. Very uncool and they could get in some trouble now..if i decide to...Just be aware someone on this forum felt the need to try to throw me under the bus for no reason.

I saw that too! I didn't know what to make of it, as I don't pay attention to who is who on that forum, but it was very disturbing almost to see THIS forum referenced in the Stevens Point Journal Forum.

Guinness, Harps or Smithwicks are acceptable for St. Patrick's Day. Anything else is FAIL.

Whoever did that is a massive jerk. The comments that people make on here should be, for the most part, considered confidential among this group. For another person to deliberately jeopardize Ty's relationship with potential client is uncalled for and extremely immature. If s/he is ever found out, s/he should be banned from this forum. We don't need creeps like that around.

We don't need creeps like that around.agreed. i don't know who did it, perhaps helby can find out, becuase the journal should be able to see the persons IP address and trace it. personally, i would not consider this person a friend anymore, and seriously consider legal action if i were in Helby's shoes. it could have potentially ruined a customer relationship, as well as others. so whoever did it, if you are reading this, friend of mine or not... i'm disapointed and it's not even my problem.
luckily enough for helby, he has a good head on his shoulders and the majority of his posts are not bad, other than his grammar  . he is very grounded in what he is talking about, and usually well informed as well.
lol There is no confidentiality on the internet. You post on the internet at your own risk!
Who cares what someone posted on some forum thingy anyhow?

if it was potentially threatening to my busines or work... i would sure as hell care.
i agree, post at your own risk. but to do something like that and point out who he is, and where he works... just plain childish.
i most definetely take my work/business seriously, and use this forum as a means to "goof off". but if the two paths were to cross in a negative way, i would be upset at whomever made that happen.
