VPT there is nothing wrong with the BK in Plover. The food tastes exactly the same as it did when it was in St Point. You just don't want to have to drive all the way to Plover cuz its so far away!

Plover BK is 8 1/2 miles away and it doesn't taste the same. I think they tasted better here because the broiler was so old and full of grease that it added some flavor to every burger.

I had an excellent lift tonight. Managed to toss up 275 which is a far cry from my old max but working my way back up there.

A special thanks to Devlish for providing the inspiration to run. I love how a feel about 10 minutes after a run. Its that feeling 10 minutes before its over that sucks.

Monday we'll go for round two. Next time I won't eat so many Arby's melts because they do not taste very good the second time around.

Personally I have more fun at the ice events. Way more track time and it's really good practice for working on car control. Plus with all the hot laps I've done this winter the tires on the car show no wear at all.

According to an article I just read in Readers' Digest, you're not supposed to work out right before you go to bed b/c doing so makes it harder to sleep (or sleep well) and people don't get enough sleep as it is. Of course that may not be true for everyone.

A guy actually told me last night that...well the onions they use on white castle burgers come in big bags..dehydrated..and they have a way they are supposed to cook them or what not with water and yada yada...well when it gets busy they just microwave them and throw them on a bruger as its cooking so instead of water it uses the grease from the burger to rehydrate....and its pretty much a natural diaretic...duno if thats the right word...but it makes u shit...

I agree, exercise and eating smart is the best, safest way to lose weight. Not that I'm worried about that! Just wondering if there was any scientific possibility to what they were claiming.

Personally, I run on the treadmill two miles a day, and lift weights every day too. Plus, I play raquetball once a week (usually) during the winter and tennis once a week during the summer. Can't call me lazy! What about the rest of you!?

Running is boring, running on a treadmill is even MORE boring.

Why not exercise by playing a game of racquetball, basketball, or some other sport and have MUCH more fun while doing so. Plus you will probably work on more areas of your body than just jogging on a treadmill.

Had to run to walmart to get zip-ties after I called you. The bolt holding my brake line to my shock backed out, caused my brake line bracket to hit my rear axle(hence the noise I told ya i heard). I'll fix that tomorrow and give ya a call.
